Product Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in Canadian funds, and all prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event an item's displayed price is incorrect, and if the item's correct price is lower than the price shown, we'll charge you the lower price and ship the item upon receipt of payment. If the item's correct price is higher than the price displayed; or if the item has been sold out and placed on backorder status; or if it is no longer available from our distributors, we'll notify you by Email or phone and await your decision on whether you'd like to proceed or not.

Pivotal Hobbies accepts the following payment methods:

  • MasterCard

Payment by Credit Card

Charges may appear on your credit card statement as originating from Pivotal Hobbies or Pivotal Networks. Visa and MasterCard orders will be transacted in Canadian dollars for Canadian customers. For our US and International customers, the Canadian dollar amount will be converted to the customer's currency with the exchange rate in effect on the day of processing, and charges will appear on your statement.

Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel your order at any time if its order status is one of the following:
  • Queued
  • On Backorder
  • Processed
If your order status is 'Partially Shipped,' you may cancel that portion of your order which has not yet been shipped. Please contact us by Email or toll-free phone as noted on our site. If your order status is 'Shipped,' your order cannot be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our Returns policy.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (less shipping cost) within 30 days of your purchase as long as the following requirements are met. The item must be in original packaging in resellable condition. Items can not show any signs of use. Please contact us if an item appears to be damaged in shipping. If a part is defective or missing, please contact us. All returns require a RMA # on the outside of the box being returned. Contact us for a RMA # before returning any shipment.

Warrantee Returns

All warrantee and product replacement issues are handled through the manufacturer of the product. The consumer remains responsible for all shipping charges and / or repair costs related to the product.

Defective Product Returns

Defective items are classed as a new product that is faulty, damaged, or broken from new in the box. This does not apply to product that has been broken or damaged during its first or subsequent use. Pivotal Hobbies staff will examine product on an item per item basis and replace as necessary. If the product in question has been found to be used, it will fall under the Warrantee Returns Policy.


Synergy products may only be sold to Canadian customers and shipped to Canadian addresses. All other products may be shipped to US and International addresses. The customer must pay all shipping charges. Shipping options include Canada post, UPS, and FedEx. Unless otherwise specified we ship via Canada Post expedited service. Tracking numbers are provided upon order completion.
